We are an approved Heartland Charter School vendor! 

If your singer is homeschooled through Heartland Charter School, we are happy to assist you in requesting certificates for our choir services through Procurify. Reach out to us at [email protected] with any questions. 

Certificates will need to be requested as follows (6 certificates due for the full season):

• In August, you’ll submit for the September 1st payment.
• In September, you’ll submit for the October 1st payment.
• In October, you’ll submit for the November 1st payment.
• In November, you’ll submit for the December 1st payment.
• In December, you’ll submit for the January 1st payment.
• In January, you’ll submit for the February 1st payment. 

This payment schedule is also listed in the Finance Form below. You'll need to request your first certificate in August for September and follow the schedule accordingly.
