Registration
CCYC offers two programs each year, opening in August for registration.
The Fall Program starts in September, and ends with the concert event in December
The Spring Program starts in February, and ends with the concert event in May

TUITION PER PROGRAM
Music Makers (ages 3-6): $170 for each 8-week session
Aria (ages 7-12): $300
Cantate (ages 12-18): $390
Grace Notes (ages 14-18, auditioned): $450
*CCYC offers scholarships. Please contact us for more information.
REGISTRATION PROCESS

Fall Program (payment due no later than September 30)
Spring Program (payment due no later than February 28)
*For Heartland Charter School students, use the code HEARTLAND and see the instructions below for submitting monthly certificates.

For the weekly Tuesday Rehearsal Times
Music Makers 4:00 pm - 4:50 pm
Aria 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Cantate 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Grace Notes 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
For 2-3 times per month, Grace Notes rehearsal are extended until 6:10 pm
Rehearsal Notes
Regular rehearsals are held weekly on Tuesdays
The first two rehearsals for Fall and Spring programs are FRIENDSHIP DAYS— please bring your friends to come check it out, sing with us during rehearsal, and invite them to join CCYC!
Longer “Super Saturday” rehearsals are held as scheduled
Concert events are held on Saturday and Sunday, closing out the Fall and Spring programs
Additional performances are scheduled occasionally and at various locations
Heartland Charter School Students
CCYC is an approved Heartland Charter School vendor
If your singer is homeschooled through Heartland Charter School, we are happy to assist you in requesting certificates for our chorus services through Procurify. Please reach out to us with any questions.

Note: only two (2) total certificates are required for Music Makers
Aria (ages 7-12): $100 per month
Cantate (ages 12-18): $130 per month
Grace Notes (ages 14-18, auditioned): $150 per month
REQUESTING CERTIFICATES
Heartland certificates will need to be requested by the 15th of the prior month.
The Fall Program requires three (3) total certificates, one per month.
Submit the October certificate by September 15
Submit the November certificate by October 15
Submit the December certificate by November 15*
The Spring Program requires three (3) total certificates, one per month.
Submit the February certificate by January 15
Submit the March certificate by February 15
Submit the April certificate by March 15*
*No certificate required for Music Makers. Only two certificates per program.
